Rep. Jared Golden (D-ME) is blaming leftist groups and his own party for the ongoing government shutdown.
In a social media post on Wednesday, Golden wrote, “This government shutdown is the result of hardball politics driven by the demands far-left groups are making for Democratic Party leaders to put on a show of their opposition to President Trump.”

Traditional Libs were so deathly afraid of offending any fringe group, they allowed the radical elements to march right in and take over the party.
Libs never had the backbone to say “No” to anyone under their “big tent”.
And here we are today. To the extent, traditional, more moderate America loving liberals still exist, it’ll be interesting to see if they get enough gumption to take a stand and take back control of their party.
I’m not counting on it by this point. They waited too long. But we’ll see.

It is but it doesn’t mean the majority of democratic voters agree with her views. This will push more to the center than the left, resulting in lost elections for the party.

The Dem Party - like Europe - is Transnational Progressive. The abhorrent Nationalism and Borders and Capitalism. The hoped to vote in their “fundamental transformation “ via Muh Harvested (fraudulent) ballots and when that was being exposed, they opened the Border with subsidies to ALL comers.
Most of the Dem’s illegal immigrant (future) voters will have to be forcibly deported, and hell will break loose in that enterprise. Many of those immigrants are hardened but unskilled street warriors, though the Islamists and CCP Ops are highly trained insurgents who know how to attack critical infrastructure. And start class warfare via racist atrocities.
The good Dems, assuming there are any, had better abandon this corrupt and dangerous gamble or they will be accountable when the dust settles. Good intentions aside. The 2nd Amendment will only make the fight uglier and ultimate accountability much worse. Sadly so.
