They need to stop handling these agitators with kid gloves. Spray anyone that squares up with police and these people won’t have a chance to accumulate and get out of control. Enough is enough.

Harassing police while they are performing their lawful duties is a bad thing for society and risky behavior for those who choose to do it.
The line between documenting police activity from a safe distance, protesting peacefully about the law and its application without interfering, and causing a distraction or outright obstruction of police is not really that fine.
Rational, non-revolutionary, citizens can figure it out quite easily.
Using an irritant that is mostly not harmful, and certainly mush less prone to injury than any hands on force used by the police, is totally justified when someone is causing a distraction or obstruction to police activity and they are not abiding by verbal commands.
