Should have been sentenced between 7 - 11 years. That was the federal sentencing parameters, and the judge gave in. He was giving indications that he was going to be tough, and then goes the other way.
Pathetic. I blame this on Comey's kid overcharging him with RICO infractions when the case did not meet the standard. I think she threw the case on purpose to help him get off with a lighter penalty.
Given the current political climate would you be shocked if in the future you found out Diddy paid her off to sabotage the case?

In my view he did nothing but use his fame to get p*ssy. Just like Weinstein. Neither of them 'raped' anyone (at least going by the evidence we've seen so far).
They both deserved 6 months in jail, suspended, for being Johns of high class whores. Now, if there is evidence that he diddled some underage kids, then off to the gallows with him. But as it stands, there's not.
