At the very least, I would hope that he is being prepared to come in for an extended time if Nuss is not able to produce early.

Wrong, they'd have to win 5 out of the next 6 to guarantee a playoff spot. There's no way this team is beating Bama and Oklahoma on the road. Vandy might even be a trap game for them considering they're playing good.

I used to think that it didn't even matter what he does this year, he isn't getting fired. If you think about it, though, if he were to lose to USCe and vandy in back to back games, that might be it.
