Zion has been saying the "right thing" at press conferences since the day he was drafted.

I'll believe it when I see it.

he seems a bit less awkward and uncomfortable which i believe is a good thing. he continues to feel like he's in a better place within himself.

Fair enough,, but that video looks like he's in the best shape he's been in while in the NBA.

Yes.

And, I get it. I've seen him seemingly gain 20 lbs in a few weeks.

But, he looks slim. This looks different.

I wonder if having the man who plays piano for you out of the building helped him out

Play 65 productive games and lead the Pels to a playoff spot and you have my attention.

The biggest difference that we will see will be on the defensive end.

We gave up nearly 120ppg last season, certainly not expecting much better but getting to 117 would be a mild victory.

This is the most glaring difference I noticed between current Zion and duke zion. Hopefully the weight loss helps

His weight loss and getting into better shape began last season.

Personally I think he’s distanced himself from his mother and stepfather and that’s been the biggest change. His stepdad is the one that was always saying he needed to be at a heavier weightto maintain strength

You'll still find something to complain about as usual .

Enlighten me on what we should be excited about; 2 playoff series wins in 23 years in NOLA with a .460 wining percentage.

This despite CP3, AD, and Zion in the building for multiple years.

Exactly.

Come in to camp in shape, play a full season, play well, come in shape again.

Then I’ll actually start to believe that this guy is serious.

It’s such a ridiculously low bar for a supposed superstar.

This is a big bag year for him also. If he wants the 100s of millions then he needs to have a great year.
