Why is Israel forced to live w/ a tumor inside its border?

When one is ill with cancer, you either take ways to shrink the tumor OR excise the tumor. You don’t let it fester.
So why is Israel forced to life with this tumor in Gaza?
Push all of those brainwashed fanatics out of the area.
Even the kids are brainwashed to want to kill Jews.
You can’t live with neighbors like that.

I am not particularly sympathetic to the palestinian cause, I think if they had guns and planes they would be killing all the Israelis they could.
That being said, those
people are gonna go somewhere
and likely be their neighbor somewhere.
No one state solution is going to not involved ethnic cleansing. But neither side seems to have any real interest in a 2 state solution.
