I can drink all day everyday on vacation and be fine regardless of where I go - Beach, Europe, Mountain elevations, whatever. I sit at home and watch cfb all day with a drink in my hands and I feel like shite the next day. What's up with that?

You can sleep in while on a holiday but I will be commencing my own study (Cancun) in a couple weeks.

Side question: On what day of your vacation do you hit your limit of sugary drinks?

You probably wake up and keep drinking on vacation. Sunday mornings you should be in church and not drinking ya heathen.

I tend to drink a little less when on vacation than when I'm at home because I don't want to burn a day feeling like crap. I'll have a few but I stop before I get too hammered

Walking around, being active, sweating while in the sun, will make you feel better than eating junk food while sitting on the couch all day.

I used to get hung over when I was young. Then I wised up and quit that shite. There is no sense in making yourself as well as everyone around you miserable on vacation.

It's because you can sleep in until your body tells you it's ready, unlike when you have to work and you have the alarm set for 0 dark 30.

I don’t see how people can want to get drunk while on the beach. It’s too hot for alcohol. IMO

I don’t get hungover on purpose ever. However, some nights can still get away from me if the wine or scotch is especially good, vacation or not.

You're low on creatine. Theres a thread in peptides somewhere. Plus vacation might stimulate your brain more and aid in the thinning of blood

We did an Excellence resort a few years ago. We drank a lot. Only one morning was rough. We were doing shots of tequila the night before.
That was an awesome trip

That seems to be the correct path. Drink in your late teens, 20s and early 30s it starts to slow down then by late 30s it’s done.

For me, it’s a been there done that thing. No amount of drinking ever sounds fun any more. I also do believe in the difference in a drink or two and being drunk.
