Ole Miss's 67k fans were louder than our 102k.

They were more engaged and played a huge role in yesterday's game.

In fact, I don't remember a game where Tiger Stadium was that loud and raucous from start to finish.

Last year against Ole Miss, you could make the case the crowd won that game for them considering LSU never led until the play that won the game.

And they were juiced for Alabama. Not the fans' fault the players came out unprepared, uninspired and got their asses' kicked because Brian Kelly face-planted in yet another big game.

When a program hasn’t won anything since 1963, like they haven’t, one can appreciate their enthusiasm.

This is the biggest overreaction post I’ve ever seen. They were fine and rowdy but to say it was superior to a big TS game is just delusional.

The crowd noise impacted the game yesterday 0%. In comparison, look at the game last season in TS, our fans certainly impacted that game. SC was a much tougher road game. Don’t even get me started on Kyle Field and how tough that place has become for us.

Ole Miss’ home advantage isn’t even in the upper half of the conference. Lane has simply built a great program and knows how to win games there.

Not saying I agree with OP, but it's as simple as this. When you haven't won, the crowds are better. LSU was better pre 2003. Saints was better 2005-2010.

That’s one of the stupidest things I’ve ever read on this site….and thats saying something.

I was there last night and their crowd was great, but they’re not in the same universe as a big game in TS.

You clearly weren't at the UF game a few weeks ago.

This is such a bad post. You clearly have not been to any big games in Death Valley.

It was loud, but 75% of the volume came from the speakers that could break windows.

Agree. I was there too. They had fun but that little stadium is definitely sub par and embarrassing to SEC standards.
