He’s shown nothing to make anyone believe that he’s anything other than that in this conference.
That’s not “bad” is you are MSU or Arkansas, but it’s unacceptable if you are championship level program.

This program ha nothing to do with championships at the moment. Kelly is looking more and more like a bad joke.

He’s basically James Franklin with a few more wins. Kelly is a fraud and should resign if we don’t make the playoffs.

Kelly hired incompetent and unqualified people for recruiting. It failed and we got the shitty defenses. He did not learn his lesson and hired the worst OC in the SEC and maybe CFB over a recruit and LSU is paying the price.
It’s pathetic, but his arrogance will waste an extremely talented team that will not sniff the playoffs again.
I predict they are out of the playoff hunt by game 8.

This is stating the obvious. For some reason many of our fans think he is an elite coach. Another 9-3 year at best. Clown show in Baton Rouge.

James Franklin is a MUCH better coach at this point in his career.

What do you mean “in this conference”? He has been that for most of his career. Even his best Notre Dane teams typically lost to any really good teams they played.

Prior to this Season, in 35 years, as a Head Coach Kelly was 292-107 - 3.04 L's a year.
Prior to this season at LSU Kelly was 29-11 = 3.66 L's a year.
The numbers and the facts do not lie. Kelly is a 3 L's/year Coach.

Never forget, in the middle of his tenure at Notre Dame, he chalked up a 4-8 season.
He then ran off Mike Denbrock who took the OC role at Cincinnati (left Notre Dame for.....Cincinnati). Then promptly bring him back in 2022 to LSU. Who then left again to go back to ND once Jayden was gone. And this guy is a long time friend of Kelly's. But obviously doesn't want to work under him long term.
