Our sacred judiciary must not be interfered with.

That would be a threat to our democracy and the independence of our sacred institutions.

What "legislation" will suddenly combat an indictment?

He's already indicted. Any legislation would not be applicable.
Assuming they can pass anything.

Draw dicks in a notebook if it makes you happy, your legislation is dead on arrival.

You can't legislate your way out of a judicial matter.

In New York, you can certainly legislate your way INTO a judicial matter.

He says he is drawing up legislation to give remedies to victims of malicious prosecution.
Well, maybe Trump would support that. Would Trump then be able to sue Letitia James and Alvin Bragg personally for damages?
Nobody has been a bigger victim of malicious prosecution than Trump.

Maybe something dumb and outlandish, to make everything Comey is charged with.... legal. And make it retroactive.

It'll go nowhere of course. But it'll be their way of virtue signaling..

Even harder if your party doesn't have the majority in the Senate, House, and SCOTUS.
