This country abandoning God and religion was such a fatal mistake. Embracing degenerate culture benefits no one.

No.

Prepare for downvotes, though...

If you didn’t see this as a bad thing, you were willfully ignorant or in favor of bad things.

Will admit, without the comma, you had me wondering what’s “weed porn”. Hahahahahha

Seemed plausible.

Being suboptimal behavior is not sufficient cause for government intervention.

People need a strong foundation to build upon. Character development is the result of discipline and virtue. Then, the temptations of laziness and instant gratification become easier to control.

Too many people have nothing to build upon, so they fall for every vice.

Habitual weed use among kids is a terrible idea.

Good chance they'll become depersonalized, lost and confused about reality.

Agree.

This is a cultural indicator though.

The unlimited access that people (especially kids) have of porn at their fingertips is probably the worst thing to ever happen to society

Weed & porn are like natural, man!

It’s like blaming the freaking gun for what people decide to do.

Correct because their minds arent strong enough to overcome that impulse control.

Porn is one of the most damaging aspects of society, next to the trashy lifestyle brought via pop cultures attraction to hip hop.

I've gone back to family gatherings and met the daughters of my old cousins. Girls in their twenties. When I ask 'How come a pretty girl like you isn't married?' the answer I get most is: 'Guys our age still live with their parents and play video games all day.' It's kinda sad.

FFS

I grew up on cartoons and movies that were violent. Love horror movies and have watched porn on numerous occasions. Played video games since the Atari 2600. Have never used drugs.

None of these things have ever caused me to do anything bad and I have nothing but respect for the females in my life. I also worked for a living and these things in moderation.

The hypocrisy of this is that most of you do the same things but on a message board can play the righteous warrior.

Unless you are spending all your free time churning butter for entertainment, spare me.

And you forgot to mention how uplifting it has been having Alcohol readily available at all establishments and street corners.

Moderation is key.
So are healthy norms.

If you are young and impressionable without much discipline and structure, moderation isn’t a concept nor are healthy alternatives.

Be thankful you had the concept instilled in you at some point.

I drive to work every morning smelling weed at 6am from the surrounding gas stations and the 40mph altima in front of me.
We have a problem with discipline, focus and work ethic.

Particularly sports gambling. I dont do it because of the propensity to keep trying to recover losses ends up with more losses.
