I watched that on X about twenty minutes ago. He confirmed what I thought when the closeup videos came out; that Charlie was basically killed instantly.

Yeah, definitely tough to watch.

Cannot imagine what it's like to have that in your mind for the rest of your life.

Here's the full video of Dr Frank Turek recalling how he and Charlie Kirk met and how Dr Turek became a close friend and mentor. He also takes you through the morning and into the afternoon when Charlie was shot. Dr Turek was standing just off to the right side of Charlie Kirk when he was assassinated.
