Sometimes I feel like I'm raising a world war 2 veteran.

Favorite food? Fresh berries / hog head cheese. It switches daily.
Favorite drink? Black coffee / whole milk. Never together.
Favorite furniture? A cypress rocking chair.

I just gave him buttermilk for the first time. I remember my own reaction at his age. My grandfather gave me a glass of room temp buttermilk, I spit it out.

Expecting a similar reaction, I gave him half a glass. He took a sip, growled out an...It's good. And walked over to the fireplace to sit by the candle burning in there.

I think he's confused about being born in the 2020s vs the 1920s.

Ever hear about the kids who remember intimate details of their past life?

Sounds like your kid.

Mine is a year and a half. He farts in the tub and laughs about it.

At what age can you give your kid black coffee? My kids struggle in the morning, they could use the kick

He's allowed no more than a demitasse... Except on sundays if we go to breakfast. He always wants it, but we only give it maybe once during the week, never really in the mornings oddly.

He probably grabbed a near empty cup around 1

And if you raise them the right way, they’ll never stop laughing at it

My 11 year old is getting tired of working 7 12s but he says he enjoys the overtime to pay cash for his Super Duty. Still complains about the mortgage though.

So best choice has a whole fat version. After his reaction, I tasted it.

Honest answer, pretty damned good. I may start drinking it every morning as a digestive.

My 16-year-old son loves spending his Saturdays outside working in the yard, clearing thorn bushes, cutting down trees, and burning the debris. For Christmas last year, the only things he wanted were a better pair of loppers and a pole saw.

Both of mine loved hog head’s cheese since they were toddlers. My wife refuses to even taste it

I asked my nephew if he wanted to watch horror movies when he got older, and he shook his head solemnly and said “I want to watch happy movies about happy people”
