But I feel like the paying fans in the stadium deserve to see the play during replay reviews etc.

It was intentional. They didn’t want people throwing shite on the field

I agree! We PAY to go to the game, and the failure to show replays is pitiful. We deserve a better game experience.

LSU really doesn’t care about game experience. Just happy to take our money and move on. How many issues do we continue to see at TS that shouldn’t be there?

They probably were. The SEC has fairly strict rules about replays on video boards:
- The video board operator can only show a replay up until the next snap, except for replays of touchdowns (which can be shown after the PAT).
- The video board operator is only allowed to show either “the unaltered television network program feed” or “the unaltered video feed from the replay booth” during any official review.
- “Under no circumstances may the video system be used to embarrass, humiliate, or disgrace an official, . . . or incite the crowd during or following a review.”

Cutting to the live broadcast is barely an option during official reviews, because nowadays the TV networks love to use that as an opportunity to go to commercial break. Then when they come back it’s a crapshoot whether they even spend much time on the replay.

Showing the official replay feed would be great if the stadium actually has access to that feed. Based on the fact that we’ve never seen this, along with the fact that the actual review is happening in Birmingham, I suspect that they don’t.

Agreed it was terrible. Didn’t even know it was Weeks for targeting until after it happened. Refs mic sucked too. Everyone in our section was btching for some replays.

If you want to see replays over and over with discussions stay home and watch the game on TV.

Sometimes both the mistaken ref and the wondering crowd deserve a replay

My Gameday survey has already been filled out and I let them know about it for sure. It’s bs how much season ticket holders pay and we can’t see replays of plays under review? Questionable catches on the sideline?
Possible fumbles? Penalties?

It’s ridiculous

Thy have access to replays but aren’t putting in the effort to show them.

It is pitiful how they run those boards.

Well they gave everyone a throw-able object on their wrist.

The whole experience needs to be improved. Concessions , wi fi, replays. But we have said it for years and nothing changes
