Texas, Texas A&M, the real USC are easy picks. You can make an argument for UGA despite their recent success are a program that given their location should have more success historically.

Over half of the student body is Asian / Hispanic / international students (don’t care much about football)
Ghetto surrounds campus
Fans have other interests unless they are winning big
Have had a series of questionable ADs
With the right person they can dominate, but I don’t think they have some huge built in advantages

I’m not trying to be a hater but Texas A&M should have at least won the SEC since they’ve been in the conference. They’ve had some great teams and just can never get it done.

Michigan State. have the 2nd longest streak of any power 4 team without receiving a single AP poll vote. only stanford has gone longer.

That's actually hard to believe considering they've in the CFP and NY6 bowls in the last 10 years. Michigan State is Auburn of the North

Auburn has been in the national title game twice in the last 15 years and won one. They also had an undefeated season in 03-04 and have one of the best college football players of all time.

Not necessarily the worst, but in the past 10 years or so the Big 3 programs in Florida have all massively underachieved given their history.
