Current UCLA QB

Went from starting at Tennessee (Playoffs in 2024) to UCLA and battling with New Mexico State. All because he tried to hold Tenner hostage for more money, only to end up taking LESS MONEY when Tenner went and found another QB.

Second time I've seen this today. When did this become a thing?

It was a thing when I was at LSU in 2007.

They got caught in the “just hire a former player and everything will work out fine” fad before the world figured out Prime is a total fraud, even though many of us knew it from the start.

That ~$5m in career earnings will not carry that family of rednecks very far

Will definitely need to shop around again

Not really. They didn't have options because of when Kelly quit on them.

Madden Iamaleava was an Arkansas Razorbacks quarterback in 2025 who entered the NCAA transfer portal shortly after his brother Nico Iamaleava joined the UCLA Bruins. Madden, a four-star recruit, initially signed with Arkansas in December 2024 before enrolling in January 2025. After completing spring practice with the Razorbacks, he transferred to UCLA to play with his brother. His departure from Arkansas triggered a legal dispute with the Razorbacks' NIL collective, Arkansas EDGE, over a potential breach of his NIL contract, leading to claims of a required buyout.

I guess it’s a family tradition….

Which makes naming an interim coach the sensible thing to do instead of giving the former player/career RB coach a 5 year contract.

Trent Dilfer may be an even bigger fraud than all of them and that’s really saying something.

Deshaun Foster is an awful head coach. He should be the betting favorite to get fired first if he’s already not.

You mean the HB draw instead of letting the QB attempt a 55 yard Hail Mary WASN’T the correct decision?

Yes DJ oooey ooey ogunliay. Aka DJU. He is the lone difference between undefeated FSU, this fsu, and then the team he started at qb for that went 2-10. Possibly even WORSE THAN NICO. I said it. At worst they both equally suck

Did he take less NIL money to go from Oregon State to Florida State?

UCLA is now down by 18 at home late in the 4Q against New Mexico, a bottom tier MWC/G5 team
