A translation of the bullet casing inscriptions

There have been 4 bullet casings found with inscriptions. Here is a summary of what they mean:
The fired casing contains the inscription "Notices bulges OwO what's this?"
-this is the most difficult one to understand. Its a meme that parodies furies and online roleplay subcultures.

An unfired bullet casing read, "Hey fascist, catch!" along with an up arrow symbol, right arrow symbol and three down arrow symbols.
-arrows in that order indicate a cheat code for the popular game Hell Divers 2. In the game, the code triggers a 500KG bomb, one of the most destructive stratagems available to players.

The second and third are antifa memes. The fourth is a tongue-in-cheek gag directed at whoever finds the casing.
