Has Charlie’s murder been nagging at anyone else?

I didn’t really even follow Charlie, didn’t watch his debates but I’m feeling a lot of relief now that they caught the bastard that killed him.

Probably not healthy but can’t help but see the replay of him getting shot in the neck over and over the last couple days in my head..

I’m just glad his family and the country will have some closure now that he’s been captured. These assassinations and attempts can’t keep happening

I think we’ve all been incredibly somber, particularly when we think of his family left behind.

It absolutely has. More than I thought it would. The attempts on DJT pissed me off, but this one put a pit in my stomach (also the Charlotte, NC murder).

I followed him and loved watching clips on social media of his debates. It’s insane someone shot him and it was caught on video. I think that’s the worst part is that it’s gruesome that the whole world saw blood gushing everywhere. It’s a reminder that evil is out there and a normal person can be taken out anytime by some lunatic.

Charlie was every republican who wanted to win the hearts and minds with ideas and debate.

He embodied the part of the political process that made America unique and special in the world.

They killed him because they couldn't win that theater of political war. It was an attack against our very democracy in the truest, most somber sense of the word.

It’s a tough lesson, but I would advise against consuming this content on the front end. I know a lot of people saw the images without intending to. But if you have a choice, don’t put the images in there.

I didn’t watch the shooting video or the knifing video this week. I don’t need those images in my mental repository.

I’m disgusted enough without having seen it. I saw one far away angle and never wanted to revisit it after seeing all the comments of his neck becoming a ‘garden hose’ of blood. Even still can’t stop thinking about it and haven’t gotten anything done since really.

I didn’t watch much of his show either but did see many clips and knew how influential he was. Unbelievable he was only 31. I pray his legacy is carried forth by Gen Zers for generations to come.

This has definitely hit me harder and in different ways than other murders. Charlie was giving these derelicts a platform for their obviously shitty takes. And he would be gracious while dismantling their demonic worldview.

Between that and the awful reactions it is terribly sad to know how hateful the left has become.

It is bothering me more that this genuinely incredible man of Christ is being called racist by an arse load of blacks online who are actively celebrating just because he was white. That tells me that that group is lost forever with their victimhood but we've known about this forever. Trump won record black numbers for modern times and yet he still only got 15%

Before this evil, I had never visited TPUSA’s website.

I thought it was just for college kids.

I was wrong. A high school near me here in Utah has a chapter.

If you want to honor CK in a positive manner rather than fume like we are all doing, visit the website, find a chapter and get involved.

Help these young men and women push back against the Tboy Klan.

I wasn't a super fan. I had seen many of the snippets and clips of his debates. I fully agreed with him on many topics and thought he was doing good. I wasn't his target demographic though.

He is the first person I've shed tears for that I didn't know in person. Because I feel his beliefs were very close to mine and the patriots who created our country. He represented what used to be the core values of the United States. He wielded no political power even though he could have easily won an office somewhere. All he did was teach the gospel and conservative politics to kids and they killed him for it.

yep. well said.

That's all Kirk and his foundation wanted open debate and to counter indoctrination with that debate with a base in Faith. All 3 of those, 1. debate, 2. resistance, 3. Faith, are worthy of death in the left's eyes.
