I want to know why the AP purposely lied about Charlie Kirk

It is perfectly clear that Charlie was killed instantly on contact. I want to know why the AP thought that it would be cute to write made up fake updates explaining that he was alive and in stable condition and he was in surgery and becoming more stable when the fact of the matter is that he was killed while sitting in that chair.
It was heartbreaking going through YouTube and seeing tons of streams from excited YouTubers thinking that he was surviving this from the fake made up hoax that the AP was drip feeding to the public. They knew he was killed instantly but they kept dangling a carrot in front of everybody for 2 solid hours after the shooting took place. Sorry, but that's fricking evil and they need to be held accountable for leading the public with a false made up story knowing that he was dead -- but they kept telling the public that he was alive and stable the entire time.

Every source, news outlet, and pundit in the news and on TV was saying the same thing, until they all didn't.
I agree that he died, or was fatally injured immediately upon being shot, but its pretty obvious that they tried transfusions, etc., at the hospital. He may have had a pulse for a little while. No one is going to report he's dead until a source tells them that.

I mean, only a doctor or coroner or at least an RN in some states can pronounce death. If the had reported him dead and then he lived, that would be much more irresponsible.

Correct, some moron on here was trying to argue that very same point yesterday. The neck and especially the throat are extremely sensitive to trauma and a high powered rifle at that range was unsurvivable. I see severe trauma nearly daily and it is impressive what the human body can take but not that

it was also perfectly clear JFK was dead on impact too. No one was going to come right out and say he was killed instantly without any official word. Why would you put yourself in that position?

When I saw that close up video, it was evident he didn't even make it off his stool alive. He was dead, I think, within 2 seconds. You could see his right arm tense and go up slightly, while his legs immediately closed, and he just had that look (I forget what the response is called) of immediate death.

Correct, I have seen that look dozens, maybe hundreds of times in my life at this point. You become callous to it but the life left his body on impact and clearly severed his spinal column

I'm pretty sure it did come from his team. I recall seeing a tweet from TurningPointUK reporting that he was receiving a transfusion.
