NFL Says ‘RedZone’ Will Have ‘Incredibly Small Ad Load’ Amid Furor

“This move has been contemplated and tested for over a year now, and is completely unrelated to the recent news regarding ESPN and the NFL,” the league told FOS.

The NFL isn't taking a massive PR hit to run 4 15 second ads.

It's gonna be worse. They only have one minute of material. That one minute of material is gonna get played like 14-20 times during the 7 hour window. So you will have each line of the ads memorized by the afternoon slate of games.
