According to Daily Post, a Nigerian newspaper, the content creator was in a fatal car accident on Oyo-Ogbomoso Road in Ibadan, Nigeria. The outlet reported that photos and videos of the scene, depicting a vehicle that had crashed into a ditch, circulated on social media after the incident.

Per Daily Post, the internet personality was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead several hours later.

Sanku, who began posting on TikTok in 2021, maintained a following of over 1.9 million people. His account regularly featured skits and other comedic content.

But I guess its good that he was making tiktok content instead of pretending to be a nigerian prince that needs a little money from my grandma

There is a google street view of the road mentioned. Looks like the google vehicle had to have a police escort the entire time.

He used to be a prince and had gotten in some trouble. My grandma tried to help him out at one point. Short version is I guess she’s just out the $100 now

so what does having 1.9 million followers equate to to how much money he was making ? I meen ,not enough to leave Nigeria apparently. Very sad story

Follow the street view a couple of frames to see their police escort.

My BIL worked for an international bank and was sent there several times. He not only had police escorts everywhere he went, guards protected him in his hotel every night. I'm not sure if that was where he was sent to repossess a herd of camels, but he eventually got better assignments. (He's still alive.)
