ND fans hate what’s going on.

Not entirely shocking from what we saw. He was good but had an NFL ready offense when he was at LSU.

Freshman QB would make the best OC look mediocre.

Their freshman QB looked better than Arch Manning last night

The only reason he went back to ND was because of personal/family reasons.

Given his age hes likely to retire after this stint.

Would love for ND to coast into the playoffs then play us. That would be an easy win. Luck of the Irish wouldn't follow them like it did last year with the luckiest path ever to a NC. They lost to a MAC team and then the majority of their schedule was loaded with the weak ACC. They proceed to have the easiest path in playoffs when Georgia didn't even have their starting QB. This ND team would get stomped by LSU.

Hes a great OC and I'd take him over Sloan. You're just bias.

It’s so freaking crazy the he could be a head coach, or OC anywhere in the country, and he chose to ND. Maybe he thinks Freeman will go NFL.

Denbrock is a good OC but people thinking he took some meteoric rise in 2023 and became a genius are just stupid.

He got teamed up with some of the most elite skill players of the decade and benefited greatly from it.

Have fun with alllllll that talent at nd Mikey :)

Denbrock is awful. Glad he is gone from here. He runs Kelly’s old offense. ND has really good RBs and he hardly used them.

Glad Kelly seems to have handed the reigns off to Sloan. We looked a lot better in his scheme.

I watched and the only reason it got close was because Miami got too conservative and ran clock.

100%. However, there’s probably a slight difference in playing against Ohio State’s defense and playing against Miami’s defense.

Maybe he’s just from that area and 61 years old and would like to be closer to family…

While true, Notre Dame has an all world RB and he only got 11 carries in a wet, rainy game that should have been conducive for a great run game.

I think Denbrock’s decision to go to ND was very shortsighted. I believe he saw an opportunity for an immediate championship payoff with last year’s ND team, and he will regret leaving LSU in the long run.
