Bryce Underwood actually looked pretty good.

Unfortunately didn't look like a bust, but on the bright our defense definitely got some immediate upgrades. I view it as a win win for both programs, but am curious what we will look like at QB next year.

He's going to be a very good player. That's why we recruited the crap out of him, and was going to pay him a lot of money to come here.

Yep. I wasn’t gonna bring it up but since u did, he looked pretty impressive for a true freshmen playing his first game.

Bryce Underwood going to Michigan is the greatest timeline.

New Mexico State boys… remember we thought TJ Finley was the second coming after his game against South Carolina. He may be good, but New Mexico State doesn’t determine that.

For reference, new Mexico was 130/134 in points allowed last season with 38.0.

If you would ask me would I rather have Underwood or all the transfer we picked up int he portal I would take the latter. Now do we know for certain LSU's plan was one or the other or could we of had both, who knows but he did look good, he throws a very crisp ball but we also looked good esp all our transfers.

We will be fine with Van Buren. Good on him to come here knowing he would be sitting the bench this year but obviously wants to learn from Nuss and a coach who got another qb a Heisman.

He looked better than Walker Howard that’s for sure.

Hence why LSU was trying to pay him millions of dollars

There are Michigan fans arguing on Twitter that he was never coming to LSU and that money had nothing to do with it. He would have came to UM for less.

I just can’t

Underwood would have not started here and pouted about it and transferred

It was a weird game, they pretty much just had him throw short and intermediate. I would have liked to have seen some deep balls. I'm concerned he has that early Joe Milton thing where he can only throw in a straight line. He also didn't run at all, but that was probably just protecting him for big games. We will find out a lot more next week.

He looked fine. His running game dominated like Michigan is prone to do and he was put into easy situations.

Never know how a kid ends up but not a bad start

I have no idea how true this is but Day basically said he knew Arch wasn’t effective and kept a leash on Sayin and didn’t put much on his shoulders

I thought he was the best skill guy on offense for OSU yesterday and made great decisions. His stat line looks far worse than his play since had had at least 3 drops and likely 4

I’m not sure what you think you’re proving here. Both QBs looked fine in their first start but Michigan was playing no name U and OSU was playing what is likely to be a top 10 defense

Is this the “no chest” guy or was that someone else that left LSU?

Every time I see you say a ton of stupid things in a thread it makes me so happy I'm an Astros fan.

You are too dumb to try and troll people
