I've had Verizon for about 15 or more years if I remember correctly. I always bragged about zero issues with any part of my service. Whether it be a billing issue, reception, nothing, absolutely no problems up until about 2 months ago. Mostly internet connection 5G problems in specific pockets. Almost as if there's a tower problem as far as I can tell. Not sure about today and an outage as I've not been on my phone this afternoon.

Mine was out last week, called and got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and switched to T-Mobile

Screwed up my tailgate as I couldn’t get anything to load yesterday. Had a great LSU fan hook us up with his AT&T and it worked great.

That would be if you had Cox. They seem to go out on the regular.
But if you are one of the unfortunate few that bundle that way. Cox Wireless uses Verizon’s network for cellular service.

Saturday my phone kept jumping SOS mode around the Thomas road area in West Monroe.
Had to use in store wifi.
Also this was the first time I've been able to test the satellite mode.
It was pretty cool.
