Ok but when are they transferring? Wouldn’t they have to pay back their tuition and fees if they decide to leave after their first two years?

Tarleton is part of the Texas A&M system, in more ways the one.
Their mascot is a "Texan Rider" you have to be a member of The Plowboys.
