MSU opens its new 32 million dollar press box this Saturday to replace the one that was taken down after Laura. It consists of a media level, two meal prep rooms, outdoor lounge area, and two levels of suites. Here’s some pictures I took.

There is a chance I know you, or at least saw you lol. I did a good bit of work in there. It is indeed extremely nice in there.

Not sure, but all the suite boxes were sold out to local businesses. I’d imagine they weren’t cheap.

The email I get back from the ticket office was 1k champions club (similar and assume the box is the same per the email) per ticket for the season. You also have to purchase in pairs which isn't super surprising.

Kind of amazing seeing this and the new stadium in Lafayette.. knowing they cost 9 figures combined and seeing the end result

They both look great but its pretty amazing how much 100mil gets you these days

Their stadium looks nice. Something we have started doing as we get older is visiting one or two FCS or Div II schools a year to attend a football game. It started in 2016 when someone gave us some tickets to go to a Jacksonville State game. There’s something about the atmosphere and overall experience that we enjoy. Not really a real fan of any of the teams, we just like “galavanting” to random places and making weekend out of it. We’ve never gone as far as Louisiana on one of our galavants, but I think we need to add it to the list.

Not to be a negative Nancy, but I hope maybe the pictures aren’t doing it justice. It looks cheap.

They did a great job capturing the overall ambiance of McNeese/Lake Charles with that. Looks like a perfect spot to drink a 32 oz daiquiri.

My ocd can’t handle it not being symmetrical

The right side looks weird with that open spacing at the top, but not on the left
