Anyone have any good recs on briar pants? I am tired of the thorns and this year I am actually going to buy a pair.

I have some cabelas brush jeans, but I'm not crazy about them. They're kind of thick and stiff.

My son has some khaki colored ones from Field & Stream that he likes and seem to be softer and more flexible.

Are you busting through clear cuts or just occasional briar patches.
I have carhartt double front duck pants and coveralls that do good in for short distances. If you wanting to bust across a 50ac clear cut probably gonna want some chaps. I have snake chaps for those days but I’m finding less and less reasons to put them on the older I get.
