It’s beyond clear by now that by far the best way to reduce violence is to make everything and everywhere as hard as a target as possible. For places like schools this should involve armed guards and certain teachers who aren’t known to the public being allowed to keep handguns in their classroom in a fingerprint safe.
For everywhere else this basically means encouraging everyone to open carry if at all possible but concealed if that makes them more comfortable

The national guard should allow free range time training for law abiding citizens with no felonies.

Trump should sponsor a Bill in Congress which makes Concealed Carry Mandatory in all 50 states, unless a person obtains a Permit that excuses him from this legal requirement.
