It explains many things about the African continent.

What I mean by that is it seems like many communities in the African continent do not think things through for the long term future yet continuously look to the now/immediate future.

Look at the relationships with China that’s currently going on.
Look at how the tribe, village, and country leaders took massive bribes from colonizing countries where they essentially sold their country’s future to outsiders for immediate, personal benefit.

If your philosophy is that the future isn’t real and that time is created, you are much more likely to act in a way to maximize your personal, material gain immediately rather than make a decision that will benefit people you do not know/haven’t been born yet, in 15-30 years.

Africans eat all the eggs before they are chickens, or eat all the chickens because they don’t see the need for eggs. So eventually they need food brought in on trucks.

sounds like the philosophy followed them across the Atlantic. A lot of the African folktales and fables involve animal characters tricking each other and taking from others.
