They should just re-direct his toilets to pump back into his room. That will help his accommodations.

What's the over/under on how long this guy survives? I say one year. Either someone gets him or he can't hold up and does it himself.

I’m sure the guards are real sympathetic to his cause. A little sexual harassment in prison never hurt anybody

-Kills 4 people he had never met nor interacted with and did so for no apparent reason
