4.5 Million-Voter Swing Toward GOP across 30 states

Fueled by President Donald Trump’s gains among men, younger voters, and Latinos in 2024, more new voters nationwide chose to be Republicans than Democrats for the first time since 2018, according to a report from the New York Times which relies on voter registration data compiled by L2, a nonpartisan data firm.
“Of the 30 states that track voter registration by political party, Democrats lost ground to Republicans in every single one between the 2020 and 2024 elections — and often by a lot,” the report reads. “That four-year swing toward the Republicans adds up to 4.5 million voters, a deep political hole that could take years for Democrats to climb out from.”

I have fatigue about certain things. Winning is not one of them.

But the polls have OMB approval plummeting?
I want places like NJ to start turning purple to red. AZ seems like a lost cause.

That is a disaster for them. When it's that bad, I don't think it's just Trump being the reason. I think longtime Democrat voters are having their own Tea Party moment as well.

Keep up the woke bullshite, Democrats!
Love it, you clueless, out of touch fricking idiots.
Greatest gift to the GOP of all time.

AZ seems like a lost cause.
Arizona has gone red in two of the last three Presidential elections and the time it went blue it BARELY went blue.
Once Arizona GOP starts moving away from Kari Lake, hopefully we’ll see a red shift in statewide races.
Hardly a lost cause imo

As long as the movement is nationwide and not concentrated in specific states or regions (which it was) this is winning. We have to make purple states red and blue states less blue. If that happens we have something to continue to build upon. Trump expanded the party. Can party continue that without Trump in ‘28 and beyond?

That's good but what's happening now? Is the trend continuing or reversing?

I don't think it's Kari Lake . I think it's the cartel influence on a lot of their politicians. Both sides seemed to be influenced by the cartels. Root that out and we might see some change.

Isn’t that just for living voters?

You have to be mentally ill to believe in the platform of Democratic filth.

Who knew that a President who fought for the rights of American born citizens and legal entry into the States would go over so well.

How much of that was subtracting inactive Democrat voters?
