This has some real early UFC energy, doesn’t it?
Davis is a world class boxer with as good of a resume as almost anyone but he is much, much smaller than Jake Paul.
The only difference between this and the early UFC formats is that they hace pretty much the same technique.

Then why won't he fight an actual boxer in the same weight class that isn't old and washed up?
Dude is somehow ranked by WBA from beating a bunch of retired boxers, retired NFL / NBA players, MMA guys, or boxers that normally fight 5-7 weight classes lower.

I just dont see Davis "throwing" away his unbeaten record. To that end, I'll dont care about the size, if Paul beats Davis and it looks on the up and up, not like Tyson, then I'll be a believer. Davis is gonna punish him with those quick hands.

I don’t understand why people pay any attention to these, they are clear money grabs. Floyd mayweather pretty much said he did like a 2 week camp and made comparable money to his actual fights. Said it was easy money and he loved it.

Still has a winner. Still goes on the career record. If not then Paul has no record. Every fight has been an exhibition. Including the one he lost. Davis is undefeated and I believe plans to stay that way, exhibition or not.
Paul could throw it but that would go against his entire image and career plan thus far. 2 inspired fighters with legit skill can turn an exhibition into a prize fight quickly. Mike Tyson was an exhibition. Tank does that then he loses all legitimacy. Mike had none left to lose. To most, Paul has never had any. Tank's the only one with anything to lose.
