Is up by 150% since the start of the new year. There response is to put national guard people at Union Station - as if that’s where the crime is happening in DC.

I don't know much about this specifically, but it seems reasonable that if you post more law enforcement personnel at a location, people are more likely to use it due to it being more safe.
