I thought they were kind of iffy and cost tens of thousands of dollars. I have a friend who went to Istanbul 6 months ago. He spent $1,000 on the flight and $3,500 for them to transfer as many plugs as possible. I’ve spent more than that going to national title games. He looks fantastic. It looks very appealing.

If you can catch it in time, R/X Finasteride and Monoxidal are pretty reliable and cost a lot less.

Hair transplants from Turkey/Istanbul are the male version of the Brazilian Butt Lift. Many are complete hack jobs.

I know one person who has gotten one. He likes it.

I’d do it if I could take 3 weeks off work to hangout at home and let it heal.

I had a friend whose dad had transplants. Said after transplants, you have to take these meds for the rest of your life. Not sure if true, but seems like that makes it much more expensive?

I wouldn't say that. They are pretty much the mecca for hair transplants. Alot of the best guys are there.

A guy I worked with had it done. His father in law was a doc who did it so he got a discount.

They took scalp from the back of his head and implanted it on the top where he was going bald. He said it hurt like hell.

Once he healed up and the hair grew out he had a full head of hair. For about 2 years.

Then he started going bald again.

Just accept what God intended, but some clippers and use a number 1 guard, and stop being a woman. Men shouldn’t fake their looks.

Go to the gym and work in the things you can naturally improve.

You guys are fricking losers. Is hair that important to your self image? Get a life. You're no better than women with their implants and lip fillers.

Or you can let Achmed do this to your head.

Id rather let them do surgery on my scalp and transplant my hair before i would put toxins like that into my system .. many HT docs recommend you take the meds along with the transplant but it’s not mandatory .. way more bad side effects from those systemic meds than from a hair transplant .

Just shave it and join the bald brotherhood. Maybe if I wasn't already married I'd consider it, but I don't really see the benefits at this point.

Subscriptions and repeat sales seem to be a growing trend in all aspects of business.

They sell the printer cheap, but the replacement ink is ridiculously expensive.
