I watched that happen live. I was chuckling as I imagined the Cultural Marxists/Dims melting down if the US were in a major military conflict in 2027/2028 and Trump somehow suspended the 2028 GE.

I dont think that was a rip.....I think its makes much more sense than many realize. In the USA we can have elections during a war because we are so large and have borders with nations that couldn't harm a fly.
Why would a European nation at war with someone like Russia place themselves in a line to vote? I think he's a bum, a fake coward, but that logic makes sese

While the Ukraine constitution prohibits elections during war, the US constitution does not. So this isn't a thing.

In Ukraine, by law and their constitution there can be no elections while in war and under attack.
I suppose they can change that if the Rada wants too, but apparently they don't.
