I’ve always used Tony’s but I’m ready to try others and I’m sure there’s seasonings out there that are way better.

I make salt, pepper, garlic (SPG) in a shaker bottle all the time.

1 1/2 parts pepper
1 part salt
1/2 part garlic powder

Easy to do and lasts me a while. Just leave it on the counter and shake it on everything.

Not favorite but it’s really good. Grind up ‘everything’ bagel seasoning. Great on meats, potatoes, veg and more.

The Blanco seasoning from Meat Church is an awesome AP seasoning that’s not a cajun style. It’s a fine ground salt pepper garlic onion blend.

Garlic Butter blend from Heath Riles is awesome as well.

If using one, I use Morton's Nature's Seasoning the most. I also use Cavender's.

Tony’s has a ‘lil too much salt for my taste, but I do like their “More Spice” variant…

Blanco is my go to for everyday use. I also found it to be great on popcorn.

For a cajun dish...

Absolutely the most used - Slap Ya Mama

But these below are all in the rotation more than Tony's. I have it but it's not my favorite:

Cajun Two Step
Britscooking
Benoit's is a great salt-free option!

The Britscooking one is a creation of Britney Landry who cooks south LA dishes on Instagram. I believe she's from the Houma area. Anyway, sister knows how to cook. I originally bought it just to support her but I actually really like it. She also has a garlic/herb mix that's great on vegetables.

For other stuff...

Montreal Steak
Dry Mojo blend (180 Cajun Blendz out of New Iberia - fantastic on fajitas or pretty much anything)
Cavender's
