Sitting on the Green Monster

I feel like this is bucket list worthy. Anyone who has experienced this, chime in. Am I over inflating it?

Not sure but sounds neat. My wife (no pics) went to a KNOTB concert at Fenway a few yearss ago w/ some friends and she was looking for the green monster.. When she got home - I had to explain to her it was the left field wall

I would rather sit down the left field line to get a view of it during the game instead of sitting on top of it. That's just me. Same for Wrigley, we always sat down the left field line to take in the bleachers, scoreboard, and the rooftop seats across the street.

I thought this was another WNBA thread.

It’s a cool experience but expensive unless you just get standing room.

The RF roof deck is not a bad option if you can't secure the big monster seats. Sat there for a 4th of July game a few years back and what a view

you can take a tour of Fenway before the game, they take you on top of the green monster

Done that.
Would rather be near Pesky’s Pole.

Guess that depends on how you view a "bucket list" item. If you knew you were only ever going to go to Fenway Park once, I think I'd agree with you. I'd want to sit where I can take the whole thing in.
Having already been to Fenway a couple of times, sitting down the 3rd baseline once and sitting near Pesky's Pole once, if I knew I was only getting back to Fenway one more time I think I'd splurge on the Monster seats. May ultimately not be worth it because I hate heights. But at least I could say I did it.

Many know the story of my second daughter. Anyway we go to Boston twice a year for an eventual surgery for her with her eyes. We make a trip out of it.
We scored some tix along the left field line that wasn’t typical seating. Maybe 20-30 seats in the little section. Was great.
We had this one gentleman that caught a foul and immediately turned around to my daughter and he said “I told my friends if I caught a ball I was going to give it her”. Still have the ball.
But green wall is on the bucket list…yes

That’s pretty much what it is. You’ll have a good time, but it’s not really something that I would do again.
