The Brits have apparently solved all the crime so now they can focus on cat calling

There are no more grooming gangs, migrant gang rapes, burglaries, thefts, or stabbings so they can finally focus on the finer points of civilization: stopping cat calling.
I assume they’ll stop this when they find that the majority of the perps don’t look like Tom Hardy.
