I really don't like the idea of a new offensive line vs a really good defensive line on the road to start the season.

If those guys hold up well, the sky is the limit.

Whoever wins it's a 50/50 chance.

Realistically, with the way these two teams are constructed on paper, I wouldn’t be shocked to see them play again at the end of the year. I don’t think either team will dominate the other.

Since when does a good defensive line rank 85th in Rushing Defense (160.6 yards pg) and 37th in sacks (2.5 pg)??

LSU’s offensive line looks to be under a withering fire against Clemson. If they hold up well, LSU may be relevant this season.

Clemson passing attack will be legit. Similar to ours. My guess is they get the ball on slants etc to their speedy receivers. Qb ability to run will buy him time in space as well. It is what it is. Our dbs will have to be great. In the end we will have to get our points and answer their offense and hope that we get the ball last. Turnovers will be huge.

Brand new OL on the road against an elite team and DL can get ugly if they're not prepared for the environment. This game will be the biggest test of BK's coaching ability so far in his time at LSU.

I don’t think this Clemson team is more talented than 2022 Alabama but that one was at home I suppose. It’ll be a tough one for sure.

Take away anything you know about either team and ask if Dabo was coaching against BK who would you think would win?

Everyone would say Dabo 3/4 times.

Now factor in a a struggling OLine and unproven defense with a shite ton of new players. Hard first game to gel. BK has a history of not having teams ready. Not good….but, we do play the game for a reason.

The fact is that I truly have no idea what to expect, one of the things I like about CFB. But, please God, let them win this opener...

Toss up to me. We are on the road with a brand new OL going against their strength in the DL. We also have a lot of transfers on both sides that will be playing. However, they are breaking in two new coordinators which normally takes some time to learn and really gel and develop as well. Due to this I view it as a true toss up with them having a slight advantage maybe just due to being a home game.

Cbk. Because he has already lost his 3 home openers for the decade

It could easily go either way. These kinds of games are hard to predict

Dabo lost his opening games last year to ga 34-3.

Dabo lost his opening games in 23 to DUKE 28-7.

DABO HAS LOST 3 OF 4

Why do you guys comment without doing ANY research.

You are the only person being honest...because the truth is nobody knows. Clemson has been atrocious of late in opening games, getting destroyed the ladt 2 years by 52 points, and losing 3 of last 4 openers...so they arent exactly lighting it up opening the season anyway.

DABO usually wins vs BK. In Clemson with a vet QB and defense. A lot is pointing to Clemson. I thought LSU was going to slap USC last season and then..
