Tuscan Ribollita Soup
This is a pic from the recipe but mine turned out looking exactly the same. First time making it. Didn’t call for meat but I added mild Italian sausage. Toasted some torn pieces of French bread with olive oil, garlic and rosemary to put in the soup and soak up some of the liquid. Was damn good.
