Anyone remember a wooden box that had weird multicolor sound activated lights. Sort of like a prism. My older sister had one and everyone called it a dope light

I found it...that's the exact one my sister had. That thing seemed so cutting edge back in the day

If you happen to have a plasma lamp you can put a fluorescent lamp next too it and it will light up. It's a cool trick...kids still love seeing it.

I have an original lava lamp from the sixties. It belonged to my aunt. It came with me to college when I attended LSU in the early 80’s.. I still have it and it works great! Just imagine what the lava lamp has witnessed.

I collect anything 60-70's, Mid Century Modern,Tiki etc..
This is just one of over 60 lava lamps..

We had the third one. Grandparents had a lava lamp. They always turned it on for us kids....
