President Trump can probably look at the renovations and calculate in his head what it should cost. "You got ripped off Jerome, these floors are cheap, this paint should be gold leaf, these columns should be marble. Where did the money go, Jerome, this should be a big, beautiful building but it's crap."

I believe you are confusing the Federal Reserve HQ with the U.S. Treasury building which is next door to the White House and is connected by a tunnel.
