The original Sausage egg & cheese McMuffin is the only thing worth eating from McDonald’s. They should not mess with it.

Fast food threads are always comical.
The need to feel shame and apologize to strangers for eating something is amusing.

Slimy, spicy sauce that tastes like it came from a firework factory floor. Everything guilty pleasure about a sausage egg McMuffin was blunted by sharp, guilt ridden, caloricly dense mild chemical burn.

Sounds gross, when I initially read "Spicy Sausage Egg McMuffin I thought maybe they were just using spicy sausage. But a spicy sauce on a breakfast sandwich sounds gross.

I don’t understand what’s wrong with some of your digestive systems that every time any fast food place comes up, someone runs in to claim even sniffing it gives them the shits. It’s weird

If you want a decent sausage McMuffin, just ask them to add the breakfast sauce to it. It takes it up a notch. It's the sauce that is on their bagels.
