He's gotta win this year, Reed needs to stay healthy

I like it but I would reverse zipper and McKinnon. zipper is a professional. McKinnon is a low volume shooter from a tiny school

Absolutely and McKelly has to make the CFP or it's Farewell & Adieu to them both. (And please get McSaban in here to replace McWoodward)

Kelly isn’t going anywhere. Far too expensive to let him go after just 4 years.

It’ll be interesting to see what he can do with another complete roster turnover.

I really do want him to win....good guy and all, but for me he really did not effectively address what IMHO has been him most glaring and consistent issue since he's been here....individual and collective toughness.

Outside of the transfer from State I don't see any other gains in that regard. Hopefully Reed turns out to be the all-star many were saying he was going to be last year - and he had made baby steps in regard to becoming a more physical presence before he got hurt last year, but we need more than baby steps in that direction this year given what I'm seeing of the rest of the roster.

I expect Reed or one of the other projected starters to leave for an undisclosed reason to free up more excuse for the Mcmen. Then one injury and our pathetic 3 win season will have a what if and we can pretend he would have competed.

More double digit blowout losses on the way to build up the lead MM already has on every coach in the modern era

Yeah, always seems to be one or two players a year that are sitting out for undisclosed or mysterious reasons and we never really seem to get the full story and no one in the press asks because, well no one in the press covers or cares about LSU hoops so - we never really find out the real story.

First 5 is going to be Dedan-Zipper-King-Reed-Miller. You’ll get Mackinnon, Sutton and Nwoko off the bench. You’re in the same spot as last year with your only option for backup PG being a freshman.

I recognize very few of these names, which is certainly a good thing.

McMahon will probably play McKinnon for 25 minutes and Zipper will get the Mike Williams treatment.

I believe a better word choice would've been REALISTIC.
