Never heard of this company but its the head of HR in the C-suite. This title has been around for over a decade at minimum. I'm thinking it started in a tech company a while back.
As to the video, people need to avoid this kind of contact when they see that they are panning the crowd for the big screen. Their fault for being easy pickings for the camera guy.
