Anybody else seeing this?

It’s being reported by Blake Munroe on X. Sorry no link.

Traitor……Tiger Bait!!

I understand when kids transfer to a smaller school or to a school in another conference in order to get more playing time, but it doesn’t make sense to me when they transfer to a similar school in the same conference where they’re not any more likely to receive playing time.

The only way it makes sense is if Texas paid him more NIL money than LSU.

No guarantee he plays there either. If he was looking for playing time he should have dropped down a level like Paxton Kling.

We’ve benefited from just this - no issue with it

Stanfield started his freshman and sophomore year so I don’t see the comparison to Larson?

larson started his freshman season and lost his spot this past year. it was meant more as it's ok as an lsu fan when those players transfer here as opposed when they leave and go to other schools then becoming a traitor which is just foolish.

Orrrrr….hear me out now….maybe…just maybe…the school he’s transferring to has less depth and an easier path to PT? Novel idea, I know

and to add to this...if a guy is picked up in the portal, he is going to pay if he is paid. This goes both ways - to LSU, from LSU. So YES, Larson will have a much clearer path to field than here at LSU.

As for our pre transfers in, you can mark it down they will all be playing. You don't spend that kind of money and not play them. They are employees now.
