Is this what you voted for?

quote:

Immigration Attorney shows DHS has begun sending out notices to illegal immigrants informing them they owe $1.8 million dollars and must be deported

They can only avoid this massive fine if they DEPORT IMMEDIATELY!

“Government is sending out these $1.8 million collection notices to individuals here in the United States with a removal order. The one that I have here in front of me says that civil penalties are being imposed under the Immigration and Nationality act due to your failure to timely depart the United States following a final removal order.

It also goes on to say that if you fail to make your payment, the Department of Justice will may initiate legal proceedings against you at any time. However, you could avoid payment if you voluntarily depart the United States immediately.”

“Then it goes on to tell individuals that their debt is due on or before an absurd date.

Then it says that individuals only have 10 days by which to make this $1.8 million payment. It says here that if you fail to pay the full amount within six 60 days from the date of this notice, the Centralized Receivable Service will refer your debts to the U.S. department of the Treasury's Cross Servicing Program for collection, at which time additional administrative costs may exceed. Guys, get this. 32% will be added to your debt.

In addition, treasury may also take the following actions:

- Number one, reduce any eligible federal and state payments due to you
- Number two, refer your debts to a private collection agency
- Number three, refer your debts to the US Department of Justice to initiate litigation
- Number four, report the indebtedness to the National Credit Bureaus
- Number five, reduce your debts to the IRS as put potential income.

This is real. DHS reinstated fines under a 1996 law, up to $998/day for failing to depart after removal orders, leading to sums like $1.8M. Confirmed by official DHS statements and reports from CBS, NYT. Self-deport via CBP Home app to avoid penalties.

It might have some effect. If they sent them a $1000 fine it would probably have the same effect. This seems like a joke. What illegal immigrant has $1.8M. It’s ludicrous really. We want them gone but i doubt this has much effect.

No, they voted for the release of the Epstein files and are willing to burn down the entire government when they don’t get what they want. Back to reality, absolutely this is what needs to be done

They're here for the money.

Take that away and there is no reason for them to stay here.

Sounds good.

Whoever wrote that post desperately needs an editor, though.

I didn’t vote for it because it wasn’t mentioned during the campaign, otherwise I certainly would have voted for it. That being said, I certainly approve of this. I hope this is actually true and not just some leftists trying to generate sympathy. In fact, I say fine those illegal motherfrickers $5,000,000.

What a great idea. Make em so worried about being in debet that they will self deport in order to try and get out of it. Tell these dirty bendijos that we will take it out of the money they try send back to their home country.
