Any midrange pickup worth buying?

Posted on the OT yesterday about the Tacoma, only to learn how many issues they have now. Someone suggested posting here as well.
Question is as stated. Are there any 2024-On midrange options with a V6/4WD that are worth buying? Thanks!

Bought my oldest a 2024 Nissan Frontier Pro4X couple months ago and so far so good.

Bought a AWD Ridgeline pull my 17ft bass tracker with it no issues. Pulls it out my lake without spinning a tire. I get 25-26 MPG on interstate driving 75. Honda has the best AWD system in the industry. I’m going to buy my son a used 2016-17 for his first truck.

I'm a fan of my Honda Ridgeline...perfect truck if you do not do heavy off road or tow more than 5,000#. Comfortable, efficient, quiet, roomy, high level build quality, well equipped and, in this day and age, fairly reasonably priced.

I don’t think you can buy a new one with the baby duramax any longer.
My dad has a 2021 Canyon AT4 with it. Only has 8K miles on it. It’s a little beast.

I'm going Ranger Raptor. Currently have a 23 4Runner TRD PRO. Wanted to like the new Tacoma but 4 cylinder hybrid? No thanks

Other than a $115 EGR sensor my Ranger has been pretty much flawless for 90k miles. It was $10k cheaper than a Tacoma with similar trim (plus they offered 0% interest financing) so I figure I could replace an transmission and still come out ahead of if I'd gotten a Taco. I'm averaging 26 MPG with it as well.

Buddy of mine bought a Ranger and is very pleased with it. I was surprised how much bigger it is than the older Ranger I had from the mid 90's.
He's using it in his construction business and put a ladder rack and tool box across the bed and I haven't heard him complain about any drawbacks.

I have 2 Colorado's. One with 300k+ miles and a new one. Never had any issues. New one with 4 cylinder turbo pulls 7000lbs

Laugh all you want but that fricker will be running when all of the Chevy and Fords are being sold for spare parts. I’ve had F250’s and A Chevy 2500 duramax. I have zero need for a full size truck at this point in my life. I bought the Ridgeline because it was 10K cheaper than American made counterpart and has a much better track record.

Check consumer reports reliability on 2017+ Ridgelines. It’s pretty bad and it’s mainly the transmission and torque converter.

Good, because it’s a glorified minivan with a pathetic payload and towing capacity (5,000 lbs). For comparison a new ford Ranger can tow 7,500 lbs.
