I live in Central Florida in a relatively nice neighborhood -- here are all the things that have suddenly stopped over the last 3-4 months:

1. Loud parties that would start at Sundown from Thursday through Sunday -- screaming partygoers playing loud music that could be heard for at least a mile out --

2. General loud thumping music from even further out that seemed pervasive even during the week

3. Houses with Christmas lights flashing --

4. Homes with 12 cars parked out front --

5. Garbage of all types but mostly fast food and alcoholic drinks like white claws and blue-berry crap no longer in the ditches or thrown out on the road --

6. Firearms discharging at 3 am (not shootouts but some a-hole letting off 3-4 rounds)

7. Massive traffic on the highway after Sundown -- the roads are suddenly clear -- This blows me away -- Florida is a huge state, but it's crazy how quiet it is at night --

8. Cars driving through the neighborhood at excessive speeds -- like 60-70 mph through residential zones --

I heard the ERs are empty but I haven't gone is so I can't say for sure --

At night, in the city, it's like I'm living in the country -- I can hear wildlife and crickets -- no loud highway, no loud music, no cars --

I'm in Louisiana. I've noticed a hella lot less Mexicans with baskets full of groceries being paid for with my taxes in Walmart. This makes me very very happy.

I used to hate going to the grocery store. Now I'm in and out in no time

It's hard to estimate -- but millions of fricking people that don't belong here were wreaking more havoc than we can calculate --

Fema probably updated their phones with the insta cart app.
Free deliveries from all the delivery apps with guaranteed govt / ngo payments - ala secton 8 rent.

1. Takis and Flaming Hot Cheetos have been pulled from every grocery store and gas station in my area

2. All the local taco trucks have started selling $20 smash burgers and chicken sandwiches

3. No more traffic, crime, or homelessness to be found

4. My dick has grown 3 inches and I got a 300% raise since January

The price for peace might be lower GDP numbers but that’s okay.

I noticed a lot less fire crackers around Houston on the 4th of July.

I know it’s not their Holiday per se but if you give those boys a reason to pop em they will.

I noticed the other day that traffic seemed alot lighter than it usually does. It might have just been an off day because the traffic has been normal every other day. I sure was wondering what was going on for a little while there though.

I notice that there are not as many “workers” hanging out in the Lowe’s parking lot.

That would not fit my definition of a fairly nice neighborhood.
