Tigers lost 4 last year and I believe win total was the same. Hopefully we can go over the 8.5 this year and turn the corner.

Over. LSU goes undefeated at home. Win at Vandy. Split the other 4 tough road games. At Clemson at Ole Miss at Bama at Oklahoma

Feel pretty comfortable taking the over on that one this year.
We go 10-2 most likely this year.

LSU should beat Bama this year. They're starting a new QB while you have Nuss. Anything worse than 10-2 would be extremely disappointing...

I have no clue what’s gonna happen this year. Floor has got to be 8 based on talent alone.
Clemson, win or lose, will tell us a lot about how Kelly and his staff have been able to make the talent into something.

I'd rather just put the money on LSU + moneyline vs Clemson. If we cant beat them, I dont see us going 9-2 the rest of the way. Just my two cents.

Very real possibility LSU starts 1-2 on the season with Florida behind Clemson. That's probably a bigger trap game than Clemson even being at home. A playoff team game 1 and a team on the heavy rise in game 3 that beat you with a one-legged QB last year who's heading to elite status. This while LSU is breaking in major roster turnover from the portal for chemistry. You'll know how good LSU is after the first 3 games.

Exactly my point. So why not take LSU + money on the ML against Clemson vs laying juice on over 8.5

Alabama will dominate LSU's offensive linemen, and Clemson will too. Lose those two, they still get in. Somehow, somewhere, there is going to be a bad close loss to either South Carolina or Arkansas, imo. Don't see them getting in with 3 losses.
